A little while ago Eliza posted about  children's wear designer, Dominique VerEecke, and although I love her clothing - it is her styling that really excites me. Just perfect.

On the odd time that I have given in to temptation and Googled pictures of myself, and lets face it we have all done it at least once, I am likely to be disappointed because unless I am a fabulous print designer, or a member of the Cheetah Girls, there isn't a lot of interest.

To this end I thought I would share with you some of the fabulous prints by Orla Kiely because although we share a surname, her googled pics are a hell of a lot more interesting than mine.

Celebrating the joy that is the cupcake.  Surely 2010 was the year that this gem really came in to it's own - what better way to explore your creativity than on a delicious tiny canvas.  Perfect.

Jim Denevan

My lovely and talented friend Kris from Townmouse thought I would like to see the work of artist Jim Denevan and she was absolutely right . Jim Denevan is the founder and organizer of a worldwide movable feast called Outstanding in the Field. The images are gorgeous.

Not only are Jim's movable feasts amazing but he is renowned for his art in the sand.
