Oscars 2008

De nominaties voor de 81st Academy Awards® werden dinsdagmorgen bekend gemaakt door de Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President Sid Ganis en acteur en Oscarwinnaar Forest Whitaker die tevens lid is van de Academy. De Oscars worden zondag 22 februari 2009 uitgereikt in het Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center en is in meer dan 200 landen live te volgen via televisie.
